My context

around the Vietnam war days - I went to a STATE school and got a Pell Grant (Federal Grant) and a loan called NDSL - National Direct Student Loan I believe

That was when BO was likely 5 years old and it was a school were the tuition was government funded and the loan and grant were government money and government administered.

And I also participate in "work study" which was a government financed program of jobs at the Library or Cafeteria

So tell me please - what GOV control (Socialism) did BO bring to school loans ? I would love to know as I borrowed for three kids and paid it off and found no one helped me - Stafford Loans was the name

again - what is different other than 1/2% of cost has been wisely shaved out as simple lobbyist created nonsensical phony central administration
