That's one difference between a legit company stock that keeps current, and one like TALK that is pumped and hyped and is five months late with filings.

I have a feeling that they are going to be filing to go dark. Overcoming the Terry Johnson legacy is probably overwhelming.

Just think of the possibilities when this company is a non-reporting pinksheet? The hype can ratchet up even more.
