No it's reality with a developmental penny stock company.

OF course dilution is a concern obvious as all get out it is going to happen.

Has been since the first time I talked to IR several years ago this how they planned to finance the company.

It won't change until they have an approved product with some sales.

Again as long as they hit their milestones it will work out the rest is just noise.

So again if you have any shares in this company and want to see the price go down between now and the milestone completions continue to make all the useless noise you want.
