You're right she did travel and talk to countries to discuss developing a trade agreement that would exclude China. Obviously you have never ever tried to negotiate complex deals. You just don't discuss the details until you know what the framework will be and the goals of each country. NAFTA was a piece of cake compared to this. If you think that any details were known in 2012 about this agreement you are very very naive. Plus if you think the secretary of state negotiates these agreements well speaking of dipshits not knowing about the process or who negotiates this for us I hope you have a mirror.
