You were not THAT FAR OFF with your statement, as THEY CAN"T AUTHORIZE ADDITIONAL SHARES, without that screaming SCAM !! (they won't) They already have 1.3 Billion in RESERVE to thwart a "HOSTILE TAKEOVER" (non issued reserve/not a dilution SACM as SOME would PROJECT) !! With INKED DEALS and REVENUE there is no NEED to issue ADDITIONAL SHARES. Paying down DEBT will also cancel many CONVERTIBLE NOTE conversions/dilution. REVO MANAGEMENT holds MILLIONS of SHARES, Dilution hurts MANAGEMENT to a greater degree than Lessor Share Holders.
