Human testing costs money. I think a safety trial is first step for fda approval. We already know it does no harm but it needs to be made official. That would be good justification for the raise they are proposing.

There seems to be great resistance in the medical community to try anything that isn't a vaccine or a pill. With a drug, they probably could have got a bp partner by now.

I wonder if they could get a dialysis machine maker to partner.
