Jones Act wasn't mentioned. Rubio blamed only the current local Puerto Rico leaders, whereas sure looks ..

of it to non expert me, that the US Congress is causing Puerto Rico much pain, in more ways than one.

On the temperature front i guess your 80's may not be as humid as ours,
haven't checked, just thinking if so that might help you guys get through it.
