Yes, but the key word is stakeholders. It does not say shareholders.
It's gobley gook until they get off the pinks according to snowball.
I agree it's a good sign, but would not be surprised if the market yawns.
In all honesty -I have not understood what fundamentals justified a 90% decrease in stock price in last 2 years.
