With the outbreak of Zika, open sewers draining into water event venues and a near-comic level of political unrest, this summer’s Olympics could wind up as the worst in history.

it is not hard to find corruption but there is so much in most aspects of modern society it is very hard to find an end. Unfortunately the Bigger a small segment have control over the masses, the more opportunity there is for corruption and misallocation of resources.
