Share buyback is almost impossible.
Remember, CM** is holding 70% of the company. Why on earth would they buy back more shares? The money raised from coming GG business will return to CMG* and will be reinvested in their other projects ( they have 3 LOI to close ). Ok 30 % is not negligeable, but never enough to start a buyback program
