Looks like trying to lay the groundwork to blame the total catastrophic fsnr failure on Johnston and McGhan and not on Clayton. I can hear the apologist argument already: "If only the genius Clayton had remained in charge, we would all be zilliionaires..." Typical fsnr BULLSHIT!
