Jan Telander

Jan Telander is the Company's Chief Executive Officer and a director. He has been the president of EIG Venture Capital Ltd ("EVC") since 2001. EVC was founded by Mr. Telander and two other family members as a private investment company with an aim to purchase early stage companies and build these into larger entities with a view to seek exit through public listing on a suitable stock exchange. From 2001 until May 31, 2008, Mr. Telander was a member of the Board of Directors of Gas Turbine Efficiency, Inc., a former EIG portfolio company.
Jan Telander's success in business spans over more than three decades. Mr. Telander began his lengthy tenure of developing and directing several successful business models in the early 70s.
In Spain, Sweden, the UK and in the United States, he is recognized for his record of success in real estate developments and construction, private investment dealings, the acquisition and tailoring of start-up companies, including a new solar technology company. Mr. Telander's strong belief in energy efficiency and green technology has become a focal point in his present evaluation of business opportunities.
Mr. Jan Telander is President, CEO, CFO, Director & CAO at ProGreen Properties, Inc. and President & Chief Executive Officer at American Residential Gap LLC. He is on the Board of Directors at ProGreen Properties, Inc.
Mr. Telander was previously employed as CEO, CFO, Secretary & Treasurer by Diversified Product Inspections, Inc. and Non-Executive Director by Gas Turbine Efficiency PLC.

Installed his first full-scale solar energy solution in his home in 1981.

Ulf Telander is the majority stockholder and chief executive officer of EIG Capital Ltd., and controls EIG Capital, Ltd. and its affiliated companies. June, 2009. Frederic Telander is appointed CEO of SolTech Energy Sweden AB. Ulf Telander succedes Frederic as Chairman of SolTech Energy Sweden AB.

A partner in EIG Venture Capital Ltd, an investment company focusing on early stage investment in energy efficiency and clean technology. Formerly CEO of Gas Turbine Efficiency plc. (GTE). Structured and capitalised the company, recruited key personnel and negotiated agreements with customers such as Rolls Royce, Siemens, Pratt & Whitney, Statoil, etc. He has also served as Deputy Chairman of GTE plc and headed up the process of getting the company listed on the London AIM Exchange.
