Incompetent management and a horrible track record is keeping this below its cash value.
The only smart step by management after running it into the ground, was selling off the operations to someone who could run them profitably. Now they're just sucking large salaries and depleting cash.
Hopefully someone buys it out for the cash and fires everyone at the top.
