The GTRQ tape painting has been ongoing, there's no reason to ignore the obvious scam by Picasso. You'd think the company would be alarmed by this obvious & repetitive manipulation of the GTRQ pps, it removes any credibility they may have achieved.
Most recent case in point:
02/18/16
80k in sell volume, GTRQ's trading day closed at $.045.
02/19/16
Picasso painted GTRQ's open up to $.05 with a $5 trade,
Followed by 3k in sell volume at $.0401,
Painted back to $.05 again with another $5 trade to mark the close.
Repetitive and open manipulation of GTRQ's pps, we have a special case here.
