Fact Is li'l Picasso with his tiny illegal paint jobs is the elephant in the room that no one wants to discuss. As I've stated it is very manipulative to close the GTRQ PPS up to hide the consistent downward momentum. In some paint cases it is much more than just a single person, in fact it is a group that manipulates the close.
Bottom line, the GTRQ offering was $.10. Even with the incessant illegal paint jobs, the GTRQ pps is still down -50%. Without li'l Picasso, GTRQ is down -60%, like it or not.
