just looked at their OTCMarket filings and it looks like they are due by February 29th.I forgot that their fiscal year ends November 30th and not December 31st.
Two things could happen,they file timely or they file an NT-10K which would give them another 10 days.
Yes,hopefully he issue's a press release to accompany the annual result's submission to the OTCMarket people.
