Yeah, it's sad. There's an epidemic of foreclosures here in NC.

Most people are naive when it comes to these matters and very few brokers actually explain the consequences. They make the ARM's look so appealing. I can see how first time buyers could easily fall into that trap. I have rental properties and thank goodness all of them are fixed. A couple of them I even bought down a few points.
