The thing is from researching Heddle, he doesn't seem to be a career con man/woman like Bordyniuk, Brost, or >>err *master*. I doubt he'd hold up very well under the threat of criminal prosecution. I don't think Heddle went into this fully aware of what he was getting into. He fell for the con just like everyone who invested in this scam did. However, he's got to know now what he's involved in and if he's currently not cooperating with the authorities I have very little sympathy for him.
