NBRG -- where were you on May 10th when this thing was at .10 ??????

You guys are the pros. When I read the PR, it says that you have to be a shareholder of record by June 1st. But we know that's not true, lol. Like what if you own the shares on June 1st, but sell them a few days later .. who gets the split, lol.

So what is that Shareholders of record as of the close of business on June 1, 2001 stuff all about if its meaningless ?

One thing I didn't like was the fact that the PR states they have 10M shares outstanding, while Yahoo says the number is 3.55M
