I really was wrong on how low ALDW would go this winter but we both knew the pull back was coming, so great entries for all. I have some powder to make one more swing here then I will let it ride.



A good laugh is always good for the soul, we are very busy but I am in the middle of equipment purchases and working of future purchases.Another project is the Federal mandate for Electronic logging so I have been wrapped up in due diligence and demos along with a couple of guys that I want to implement the system.I am also working on "cutting weight" not like a fighter but to lighten our material trucks and trailers so we can haul an extra 1.5-2tons per load which equates to an additional 24k revenue for each truck yearly and prepares us to be more competitive as new companies move into our market from the abundance of work here.I should be able to capture close to 2mm extra per year from a lighter truck set up which is not a lot in the grand scheme of things here but along with other changes ramping up efficiencies it will, over time, be well worth the effort. So along with my daily duties I have some extra cargo on my back but it will pass in a couple of months and then I will have so free time. This works well with the stocks I have bought through this period.
