Likewise, the associate on the case also appears to have no patent or IP experience and "received his Juris Doctor from the William S. Boyd School of Law at the University of Nevada Las Vegas" (#67).

In any event, these guys are way out of their league, like a gnat going after a lion. This is a bluff at best in the hopes of a quick settlement IMO, but we shall see I guess.
