I find it highly unlikely the company would be closing its doors after all these years, just when the industry appears to be accelerating geometrically, and more likely (as Alfonsz has stated) that they are simply going Dark to avoid filings and costs.
However, if in fact the company is closing its doors, I presume an additional filing (a detailed filing) would be due this week, and that an announcement would be required on Neom's website. Would you agree?
