Audit Update
As many of you know, we released an audit update yesterday. We were hoping to announce an estimated time to completion but our auditors have not given us the date yet. To give you a little history, we engaged M&K CPA to perform 2009 and 2010 audits with the hopes of filing a registration statement shortly after. However, on their advice, we stopped 2009 and decided to move on to 2010 and add 2011. This, in theory, was intended to speed things up a bit.
As we mentioned in the PR, the audit encompasses the review of three companies. So the totality of the audit is really three independent audits that will then have to be compiled into one. I am awaiting updates from the audit partner at M&K and once receive it, we will update everyone, either via Facebook, website, PR or a combination of all of them.
Once they are done, we are not concerned about the Form 10 filing. Should be a much shorter process.
