Shorting is popular these days and shorts will make a few more bucks here too before they run for the hills when they announce an INCREASE in payout next year... Not back to what it was but a bit to boost the sentiment and reaffirm contracts for work that will be taking place.
Not saying it won't find a new low before it turns around, but they do not look to be desperate at this stage of the game. It seems a good place to build a base. GLTA!
