It was when he dumped 12 ANDAs on Elite for approximately 150M shares and when he hyped the benefit to Elite. He didn't think they were "bread crumbs" then as he collected the approximately 40% of the then outstanding shares. He changed his mind once the ELTP shares were firmly in hand and only then did he call generics "bread crumbs," dumped them off on Epic, and the rest is history. Together Elite and Epic have not even submitted site transfer requests on the ANDAs. That is bullshit and gross neglect on the part of nasRAT as he ratted Elite investors.

Yes, I know nasRAT prefers to issue shares and makes no connection between generics and revenues. Could have learned very much when he was at Actavis.
