Pop...The percentage represents the total they own of shares outstanding for NEOM. Are you saying that YA owns 1.1bil and YA Global owns 9.99% of that? The percentage applies to NEOM shares outstanding. How confusing it would be if YA was filing forms in which they consider their holdings equal to 100%.

Also, Barry Liben never filed anything saying he gave shares or issued shares to YA. I don't think that's correct but the 10k comes out in a couple weeks.

If anyone says they have an investment philosophy, remind them that a monkey picked a winning portfolio over a fund manager...then fling your poop at them.
