Dunno why they didn't amend as we're not privy to the SEC comments received...

Not aware of any limit on S-1/A's----check EDGAR and you'l see many for some companies...

Yes, folk(s) have stated Liberty would never have a registration statement deemed effective--posts reminding them of their wrongness have been routinely removed...
