A blind squirrel has done better than those predicting Liberty would ever get an S-1 made effective by the SEC...
IMO (and at a quick glance of the two latest registration statements), it appears the previous S-1/A, filed on 11-25-2015 and withdrawn on 12-15-2015:

failed to disclose this convertible note entered into on 11-10-2015 and not disclosed until 12-08-2015:

this failure is a no-no with the SEC...
hence, the new S-1 filing, which discloses all financial obligations/notes:

if the Nov 10th note was disclosed in the earlier S-1/A and I missed it, my apologies and ignore all this drivel
