fuagf -- the wind chill in Chicago hasn't been and won't be anywhere near that low in this cool spell -- I was there and experienced (the?) one time it did get that low (and even a bit lower) there, back in the '80s when Chicago reached its still all-time record low actual temp of -27F with N to NW winds gusting over 50 mph at the time -- the actual temp there has not gone and will not go below 0F in this cool spell, during which max wind gusts have remained and will remain below 40 mph ( http://w1.weather.gov/data/obhistory/KORD.html , http://w1.weather.gov/data/obhistory/KMDW.html ; http://forecast.weather.gov/MapClick.php?site=lot&zmx=&zmy=&map_x=237&map_y=103&x=237&y=104 )
