OK, here's some DD. I hope others will also join in and add what I've missed. After all there are some real DD bloodhounds on this board and I'm sure I won't be covering everything here.

Recent Press Releases. Yahoo

See paragraphs 4, 5 & 6 in this press release.

This is the one where it says Royston has taken 7 companies to buyouts by big pharma companies. Link for independent verification provided as always.

Some of my recent thoughts on the significance of the above press release.

Forward Ventures Website. This is the one that Dr. Royston is Managing Partner of.

with over $450 million under management.

The company will change its name to Axiom Bio. (stated in another 8K.

They have already set up this website under the new name.

http://www.axxiombio.com/

Please note other things that have been stated by the company in filings (8K's), but I haven't dug out the exact 8K are as follows:

The company has stated in an 8K approximately in October last year some time that it is their intention to move to NASDAQ as quickly as possible once the merger is completed. (TY Third Leg)

The company also changed its auditors in August last year. I believe they have been working on upgrading the filings since then.

The company in my view has much bigger plans that they have yet to announce as you don't assemble a board of the calibre that they have assembled unless you're maying hoping to take on big pharma companies at their own game and win because you know your stuff better and can play the game better.

The involvement of the Murdock's is almost becoming inconsequential here other than they're putting money in. It is the quality of the board that is being assembled that shows where this could head to.

Sorensen (who is a Ph. D himself) is a specialist in merging companies. In the 8th December press release it states he was instrumental in bringing Dr. Royston on board.

As we all know Doll is an expert in filing patents and protecting intellectual property rights.

So far Forward Ventures, has invested in 60 companies since it was started in 1990.

Dr. Royatons Bio, or part of it!

See this paragraph from the 8th December press release:

http://finance.yahoo.com/news/dr-ivor-royston-oncologist-entrepreneur-140000578.html

From 1990 until 2000, Dr. Royston was the President and Chief Executive Officer of Sidney Kimmel Cancer Center (formerly the San Diego Regional Cancer Center). From 1977 to 1990, he held various positions in academic medicine and cancer center at the University of California, San Diego (UCSD) School of Medicine.

In 1994, he received the San Diego Entrepreneur of the Year Award.

In 1997, President Clinton appointed Dr. Royston to a six-year term on the National Cancer Advisory Board.

In 2006, Dr. Royston was inducted into the San Diego Entrepreneur Hall of Fame.

Don't forget he was doing all this while he had already started up Forward Ventures in 1990!

Initially when I first invested in VPRO I did so on the assumption that it was a straight forward reverse merge play.

However, it's now become something much bigger. Sorry I can't remember the name of the third company that is also joining VPRO and NovaRX.

Hopefully someone else can post it in bold and fill in the gaps for me?

This is a flavour of what I believe will happen here and why.

Everyone needs to do their own DD and make up their mind for themselves.

The thing about this company is this, as a comparison, other companies on NASDAQ that are only developing one single product have share prices in the Dollars and multi billion Dollar market capitalisations.

Th only difference I can see between them is that they're listed on NASDAQ.

What VPRO/Axiom has stated it is going to do is team up with multiple companies, who's products are all at different stages of development.

This means that there will be several products in development with constant news flow coming out.

Other things to consider - the company will be developing products specifically in Dr. Royston's field of speciality. So you can be sure that Royston will go over all the data from each potential partner with a fine tooth comb. I'd presume they will only partner with companies that Dr. Royston believes have a viable product? That to me means that each time they announce a new partnership, Royston will have reviewed their data first.

Royston having his own hedge fund means Axiom will be able to generate funds via Forward Ventures without toxic financing etc.

Also, I presume that as soon as filings hit that news flow will start.

Until then, I am hoping one of my other plays comes in so I can load up here even more than my small holding I have at the moment.

These are some of my thoughts, please will my fellow posters here on the board fill in the blanks, no doubt there are many.

I've done my DD and am very happy to be here. Everyone else should do the same!

QED!
