Not concerned about the ceo history just L2 which looks extremely thin here. There are all kinds of ceo's out there some very responsive and will tell you that business is wonderful updates coming etc and their stock doesn't reflect their words. I would rather have a share structure and L2 like EVRM with an unresponsive ceo if I have a choice. Couple million share buys and we are in another level up. If I don't like a stock I just leave and don't post any more. Been in EVRM for awhile and think it has some good potential. .0012 in Oct 2015. Hasn't traded more than 32M in a year so don't see any considerable dilution. High for the year .0015. .0012 last Oct. Was in TSTS .0035 now .0002 ask that's a travesty EVRM is just dormant from lack of trading. Some you trade and some you invest EVRM could be a good bounce trade off the bottom here. JMO
