Well we know there will be approximately 30K shares issued to HISS chareholders. Since the ActSoft deal is on the back burner for now, the only other shares would be issued through negotiations with the acquisition or merger candidate(s) and Any shares issued to insiders. There probably will probably be some issued to lien holders through the debt service on the shell to avoid paying out cash. They have to release some to the market for liquidity. There is also the existing shares but the R/S will take care of that. Do I know the answers...no, no more than you but a lot will depend on what goes into the shell and what EVSI has to give up to merge including any shares to existing shareholders of the acquisition. The fact is we just don't know and probably shouldn't during any negotiations. Now, HISS knows what problems a large O/S can do to you because it's already happened to them once. They have stated it will trade at .50 but in order for that to happen they can't just dilute it to death. If you believe the potential is there, and the risk is not to great for your comfort level, then the risk/reward is favorable to your style. It still is for me! Plain and simple. Good Luck in any decision you make.
