obit, what does this mean? i interpret this as : fhfa has to file another motion to dismiss as the original motion is moot since the saxton complaint was amended. no?
what is adminsitrative record? what does that mean? is it mandatory? if they don't file, then they have no filing on file right as their original filing was made moot.
is this positive? neutral? how so? does it expedite anything?
so confused. why can't we just do this amicably, we, as a country, have other problems to solve like homelessness.
