I hope no one takes this as negative or bashing as it is neither, I am just trying to understand the deal.
This guy is a past criminal, he has injunctions against him for the use of New York Publishing Post Inc and the web domain, some of the websites sites listed are just parked, the other sites look very, very spammy and as for the epsteins billions, if there is a claim to this billion, there really is little chance of collecting it. There are no court records as far as I could dig that would indicate Epstein owing any money...aside from many posting from Hoffenberg, there is not else. I can also see some trouble with his current domain names leading to possible injunctions, especially the mention of 'Mastercard' - it seem NYPP likes to choose names that are very similar to other popular services and that is sure ticket to lawsuits. I can not find anything of real substance to this NYPP deal, not even in the debt recovery.
The app is great, encryption is much needed these days. There are a dozen or so encrypted messaging apps on the market so the demand is obviously there but this NYPP business leaves me with a bad feeling. I hope others will add to this conversation so we have some balanced info.
As always, do your own research and equally, as always, time will tell.
I hope for all our best interests, it's onward and upward with all WHAM endeavours.
