Please clarify: does ENTA's cash of $254.5 include or not $17.9M?

It is incredible that
- V-Pak is a multimi-B dollar drug and ENTA just gets a lousy &18M per Q. ENTA management is a big failure raising money and/or negotiating the partnership deals with ABT/ABBV. At the same time, the management did not forget paying themselves multimillion dollar compensation packages.
- For the last 10 years, ENTA components for V-Pak and Next-Gen are only successfully developed products.
- Taking into account the size of GILD's last Q sale in Japan, the next Q royalties for ENTA will get quite substantially higher royalties.
-ENTA's Market Cap is just $400M
