The OTC as a whole is full of deceitful practices . No bank in their right mind will ever , ever loan an OTC money . It's all done via dilution . All OTC's have a disclaimer that says that any money invested in a OTC stick carries a high chance of loosing 100% of your money . If anyone wants their money " safe " they should invest in a mutual fund of some kind. Even blue chip stocks carrie a risk but OTC 99% of the times is a pipe dream.
