Chucker... EVSI will undergo a R/S prior to any merger or dividend. The purchase of the shell was dependent on it. I posted this to you several months ago that if you buy EVSI at a nickle, you would only be breaking even if it trades for .50 due to this R/S. If you have already purchased shares, you will be affected by the 1 for 10 R/S. Hope you didn't take too deep of a plunge because you're betting that EVSI will be trading at greater than .50 a share to make any profit.
