Fortress Investment commences a modified 'Dutch auction' self-tender offer to repurchase up to $100 mln Class A shares at $4.25 to $4.75 per share (FIG) : Fortress will use a portion of its cash and cash equivalents on hand to fund the repurchase of shares in the tender offer. The Company's directors and executive officers have informed the Company of their intention not to tender any shares in the tender offer.
