Who knows. I figure getting everything up to code involving marijuana is work. Deadlines not met in penny stocks can kill the pps as you can tell. I kinda expected alittle dilution but I expected it with news. This all to weird to me. It's such an intriguing play. There's no way I will not have shares when news hits. Just a little disappointed the news is so late.
