Without a doubt if you like devouring stories of grossly deficient men doing ridiculous things this week in incredibly bad auditing, we have Terry L. Johnson .. this we can agree on.
I think he should have been suspended right from the beginning as he was a guy with no prior experience as a partner on registered securities acquiring a ton of clients from his previous firm that was censured and barred..
He once included a printout of the issuers’ filings with a header containing the SEC EDGAR internet address, demonstrating that that the filings were printed from the SEC EDGAR website and inserted in the work papers after they were filed with the Commission.
And personally I caught this wilma can vouch .. year or so ago Johnson filed a form for Revo with the UBRG logo on it
But the low bid gets the job.. he was cheap and well.. he was cheap
