I looked at the financials and honestly, they're not as bad as some others I've seen.

The recent increase to the A/S (it tripled I believe) is pretty bad however in my opinion.

Not sure what has or hasn't been issued but that's a huge A/S count doesn't bode well for the common shareholder in my opinion!
