"Does the 1.2 billion commitment require a form 8K to be filled with the SEC" ?

My theory is Graecrest has an exit strategy to protect them if major issues arise that can not be resolved in prototype phase. But I will say I do appreciate Russ Howell responding to emails that business professionalism.
