What if all of these hundreds of millions of shares enter the market and they also continue to be issued even more shares?

If I were Royal, either I get the deal I was promised or you offer me a better deal.

If you are NTEK and I am Royal, what offer would you give me that would be a better deal than I have right now with these shares?
