Not trying to be negative, but I think that the interview gives us a good picture of where these guys are at. They have not yet developed the device to a point of 100% accuracy, it is a work in progress. So, what does that mean with respect to technological development?

This isn't the type of device where you say, "AH, today we have reached another 2% accuracy". The mass spectrometer works with 100 % accuracy on the bench top, when the mass spectrometer is full size. The issue here, which was elaborated to me by management, is miniaturization. Unsurprising, it is a formidable challenge. Hopefully the next press release states the current accuracy measurement precisely, along with what steps have been taken to increase it, and how why investors should remain confident that it is possible.

I think this is expected, especially if Kal does a press release on a radio show suggesting that 18 months is a potential timeline. It would be poor management to make claims of that sort and not provide shareholders with scientific based reasoning/support.

This is going to get interesting. Again, to remind those on the board who have not been here in a while, that they have until the early summer to get Beta complete. They are incentivized by Form 2A, and they only have the rights to acquire the patent until July.

Ultimately we want to see Beta and the patent rights acquired by July. The full patent will see the release of the remaining shares to management.

Thoughts?
