Um, you realize this is basic securities law, right? The applicable laws are discussed in detail on the SEC website, and Nevada law is available on the Nevada Secretary of State website.

It is all free, and there is absolutely no reason why anyone buying an individual stock should not already know this information before they buy.

If you don't understand the rules, you shouldn't play the game. And this is really basic stuff.
