We will never know whats going behind doors but something that i could assume for the (why they would do this) it would be about a cellphone company taking over another and merging the coverage zone and eliminating a small competitor at the same time. You just take over them. In this case you could say (again all speculation) that Tmobile is taking over TALKs coverage zone and operations through UMS accomplishing 2 things at once, expanding themselves with less money because the taking over of already existing customers, coverage areas, equipment, operations, network everything. Without the necessity of wasting money to install more towers or whatever because of the takeover and second eliminate a small competitor which believe it or not takes money away from the big companies like TMobile. But this is just all speculation.
