Quarterly reports define the viability of investing.
Anything else is a distraction. SEC does not seem concerned with this. Regulators in the sate of OR are not concerned either.
Company has been vetted, complied with SEC regs, complied with Oregon laws and regs.
Show me the money - quarterly financial reports with recreational sales.
That isn't what investors are waiting to see
Please do not assume ALL investors think the same.
