What did you guys expect ???...

Would a slick talking, quick thinking business man made for a better interview. Comon guys, this is a logistics company. Ya know big trucks, heavy equipment and all that cool loud machinery. I bet the CEO wore blue jeans and a cowboy shirt to the interview.

These are propbably a bunch of ex construction managers and logistics people. They honestly probably leave all that "smart" stuff up to the lawyers and hired folk. They just run the business, as long as they make revenue who cares if they aren't smooth talkers.
