That is a very good question Seaohtoo.... I guess we will have to wait and see. I don't know why you are asking me what everyone is expecting on the fifth. The court hearing is on the 5th of February. What the company does after that is anyone's guess.
According to your document that you posted earlier of a private stockholder, it says that 18.8k shares are released a month for sale. Therefore that particular shareholder can sell up to 150,400-ish shares today without being in violation of anything.
Suffice to say, I do not understand what or why you are asking/talking to me about anything that I may have to offer up. All of my posts are merely my opinion on news and filings that have been released. We just happen to read the current filings differently....
I guess that means that we are on opposite sides of the same coin....
