I own certain things, mostly ETFs, I sell gradually as they go up and buy gradually as they go down.

One of the individual stocks I own is SLW and I do the same with that.

I dont own physical metals, to hard for me to trade, too big a buy sell spread. I have a neighbor that buys gold and silver, lowballing people and then selling it to a bigger dealer. He knows what he is looking at and the current price doesnt matter as he is mostly just flipping it, except people are not as anxious to sell now. I am not in that position so it is easier and faster to trade SLW in my case but SLV, PSLV, or RGOLD would be sutible also. There are also leveraged funds.
